General Summary
Montcalm Care Network has an opportunity for a Provider Network Specialist. Under the supervision of the Fiscal Manager, this position will be responsible for credentialing and privileging processes for external and contracted providers, which consists of performing background checks, verification of professional licensures, etc. Responsible for performing desk and onsite audits of contracted providers to ensure contract compliance.
Assures external providers maintain licenses, continuing education, and training required for scope of practice and position. Responsible for administration of learning software, including adding, removing and assigning the correct courses based on employees’ position within the agency.
Employment Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Three years of office experience, preferably within a Community Mental Health agency with advanced skill in using Microsoft Office products.
Other Requirements: Possession of a valid State of Michigan driver's license.
Salary Range: $19.41 - $26.69 hourly
Schedule: Monday – Friday.
