Job Requirements- Successful candidates will have 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions; private equity experience is a plus but not a requirement.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with and advise legal and businesspeople from inception through closing.
- Candidates should possess the ability to lead M&A transactions from start to finish, including the drafting and negotiating of complex transaction documents.
