Opportunity: Contract to hire

Pay: starting at $25/hr.

Location: Corona, CA

REQUIREMENTS:

• Years of experience: 3 years of experience within project planning and order writing.
• Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain, basic math skills, Microsoft Office, and problem solving.
• Personality: Someone who leads with authority and confidence.
• Background in project planning and coordinating.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Planning:

• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and adjust project plans and timelines.

Order Management:

• Prepare accurate purchase orders.
• Prioritize and manage orders for timely delivery.

Contract Compliance:

• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and contractual obligations.

Team Coordination:

• Communicate with inventory, warehouse, and sales teams.
• Provide updates on order status and delivery schedules.

Documentation:

• Maintain records and generate status reports.
• Track and improve project performance.

Supplier Collaboration:

• Clarify order requirements and resolve issues.
