We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

**Duties:**

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project execution

- Utilize project management software such as Procore

- Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among parties involved

- Implement project schedules using tools like Smartsheet

- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore

- Strong vendor management skills

- Experience with team management and leadership

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues

- Familiarity with Earned Value Management principles
