BRIEF OUTLINE OF SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist key JACOBS personnel with monotonous tasks such as taking meeting minutes, addressing sick leave/vacation requests, answering inquiries from clients, etc.
Here’s what you’ll need:
MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND /OR SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
High-School Diploma would be considered. Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
Microsoft Office experience preferred.
AutoCAD experience would be a huge benefit, but not necessary.
Experience with data entry, database management, and record keeping preferred.
Experience with customer interface preferred.
Invoice experience preferred.
Experience working professionally in a team environment preferred
