Kilbarchan SPEC (Specialized Treatment Center) in Paterson, NJ provides intermediate-term therapeutic residence for 6 high-risk boys ages 12 – 17. The site is currently hiring for a Program Director.
The Program Director will be expected to run a small 6-bed unit. They will supervise the clinical team as well as residential staff. They must be able to implement programming and be responsible for contract requirements. They will ensure all staff are up to date on required training and work closely with families and clients.
