Being a Professor - Law provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Law typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students. Job Summary:
Attorney needed on an hourly basis, to substitute for domestic law events, i.e. appear at Webex Hearings, Make minor filings, etc. Attorney will be there to assist primary counsel to advance cases to resolution more efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Utah state bar and in good standing
- Proven experience working as an attorney in Family Law
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
