Print Production Coordinator jobs in New Hampshire
Print Production Coordinator initiates requests for competitive bids and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to perform print jobs for direct mail, seasonal promotions, sales collateral, and other printed media. Prepares estimates and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval. Being a Print Production Coordinator coordinates and prioritizes print production schedules and print specifications. Reviews all artwork and copy prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and formats. Additionally, Print Production Coordinator reviews and approves mock-ups and proofs, performs final quality assurance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Print Production Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Here’s what the successful candidate will be doing:
Providing physical assistance in the operation of our printing and direct mail equipment under the supervision of skilled operators on the production floor in all aspects of set up and operation of offset and digital press and direct mail equipment, including:
- Moving pallets of raw materials and finished products,
- Learning to run the various equipment in the Department,
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area (including general housekeeping),
- undertaking other duties as assigned.

Skills and experience needed:
- Punctual and reliable attendance,
- Production, warehouse or pallet jack experience a plus,
- Shipping and receiving experience a plus,
- eagerness to learn new skills in a fast-paced production facility,
- Demonstrated concern for quality work and good housekeeping,
- A willingness to work overtime as necessary,
- A Team Player attitude who is flexible with assigned duties,
- Pride in your work and a strong focus on customer satisfaction,
- An enthusiastic, positive attitude and an overall spirit of cooperation,
- Ability to work safely,
Physical requirements:
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time,
- Ability to bend and lift continuously, performing repetitious tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere,
- Quick and fine motor skills,
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
