General Purpose: The Scan Coordinator is responsible for customer happiness by maintaining overall price integrity within the store. This position conducts daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, and ensures compliance with all company and governmental compliance regulations.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, weekend work required. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Customer Service
Inventory Control
Pricing Updates and Accuracy
Monitors sales events for accuracy in scanning and signage
Performs scan audits according to schedule
Ensures and maintains compliance with company and governmental regulations and COOL compliance
Maintain clean and organized scan office
Conduct a complete sign program that informs customers of pricing integrity, and update as needed
Verify weekly ad and promotional price accuracy, research any discrepancies and notify the Store Manager when required
Act as a liaison for the Retail Data Help Desk for computer or register related issues
Distribute discontinued sheets and upcoming specials to appropriate department managers
Establish and maintain communication between both the Grocery Team Manager and Store Manager for transitions of products
Represent the high-quality standards of the store to all internal and external customers maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
Communicate any areas of opportunity throughout the store as it relates to pricing to the appropriate manager
Perform any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Store Manager
Required Education / Experience:
Work and education history demonstrating stability
