Being a Plant Human Resources Manager may be responsible for negotiating collective bargaining agreements. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Additionally, Plant Human Resources Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Plant Human Resources Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
