We currently have an opening for a Director of Maintenance, Collections at our corporate office in Portsmouth, NH. The Director of Maintenance, Collections and Post Collections develops, implements and manages fleet maintenance business processes and standards for WTI's Collection, Heavy Equipment, Rail and Over the Road equipment This role will assist in overseeing the selection and education of field maintenance personnel to ensure execution and durability of standards, processes and practices. The Director plays an essential role in building the capability of the field maintenance teams to consistently execute on business plans and budgets year after year to ensure all equipment is maintained for safe and efficient operations.
