Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, Missouri is hiring a Physician Recruiter.
The Physican Recruitment Department works closely with organizational leaders to fill vacancies to ensure the best care is provided to our patients or residents.
A typical day includes: Collaborating with leaders, hiring manager/directors and the Director of Medical Staff Services to create accurate job descriptions, creating and executing passive and active sourcing and recruitment strategies through educational programs, social media, professional organizations, and continuously developing networks/partnerships, coordinating interviews and filling open positions.
The position is Full-Time Days, 8am-4:30pm, with the ability to have a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as necessary.
