Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level
- Process prescriptions accurately and ensure all documentation is complete
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize aseptic technique when compounding sterile products such as IV infusions
- Support medication administration in acute care settings
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Skills:
- Proficient in pharmacy operations and procedures
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique for sterile compounding
- Experience in an acute care or hospital pharmacy setting
- Ability to provide excellent patient service and support
- Familiarity with IV infusion processes
- Skilled in medication administration practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
