Job Description

• Update and maintain records using Monday.com and Document Management System.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring completeness and correctness of information.
• Review daily incoming data, conduct preliminary reviews, and compare against existing records to identify any discrepancies or missing documents.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate updates to records as requested.
• Assist with the collection and organization of annual payroll and employee demographic census spreadsheets from clients.
• Support other departments by providing necessary information for actuarial analysis and preparation of annual retirement plan reports.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
