Paving, Surfacing, and Tamping Equipment Operator jobs in North Dakota

Sesaonal work M-F 60 hours a week(must be available to work Saturdays) Fargo location! 

Job Summary:

To operate and maintain heavy equipment such as loader, roller, paver, and screed.
All operators are responsible to: Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written). Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations and act courteous/respectful of others. Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.). Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors. Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance. 

Excellent wages: $27.65-$32.40/hr DOE

Depending on experience may qualify for fringe benefits- $16.90-$20.65/hr fringe(covers Health Insurance premiums & Pension). 

Must be able to pass drug screen.

Education/Experience:
Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 1-2 years of related experience and/or training in construction field is helpful.
Highly competitive wages and benefits offered. Must pass urine drug test! Must be willing to work long hours during summer season
