SUMMARY
The Director of Nursing of has responsibility and accountability for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the ASC. The Director of Nursing is responsible for the clinical and administrative management including planning, organizing, and directing the operation. This position will establish policies, procedures and departmental objectives. In this role you will report directly to the facility administrator.
Reporting directly to this position are: Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, Medical Assistants, Secretaries and non-clinical staff, i.e. SPD and housekeeping.
