In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us achieve and deliver our Enterprise Leadership Philosophy.
What You'll Do:
Partner with leaders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, leadership development initiatives
Facilitate engaging learning sessions, trainings programs, etc.
What You'll Need:
Masters degree in a Business, Human Resources, or related field
3-4 years experience in HR, Organizational Development, training and development, or related
Prior adult learning experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once

Job Description:Provide education, development, and consultation services to enhance organizational performance and effectiveness.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement Leadership Education Programs to enhance leadership and drive departmental and organizational objectives.
2. Leads and/or collaborates with Human Resource partners to design, develop, and implement HR initiatives.
3. Works with Gundersen Health System leadership to provide performance consultation in assessing and/or enhancing managerial effectiveness.
4. Collaborates with selected Gundersen Health System business partners to design, develop, and implement organization initiatives to enhance system performance.
5. Consults with Gundersen Health System leadership in customizing learning solutions to meet business challenges.
6. Consults with leaders of organizational change initiatives about managing human side of change and crafting strategies for alignment.
7. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.
Education and Learning:
REQUIRED
Master's degree in a related field
Work Experience:
REQUIRED
3-4 years prior experience in Human Resources, organizational development, training and development, or other related field.
DESIRED
1 year Prior background in healthcare and/or applicable business field.
