Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Being an Organizational Development Director oversees the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Director proposes changes to organizational structure to leverage talent and provide development opportunities to key leaders in the organization. Develops systematic collection and evaluation of performance metrics. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Organizational Development Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Organizational Development Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Duties
As the Senior Regional Property Director, you will be responsible for:- Managing an assigned portfolio of properties to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.
- Supervising Portfolio personnel and working with vendors/contractors on capital projects.
- Assuring adherence to operations and maintenance manual for all managed personnel.
- Conducting quarterly formal site inspections of building interior and exterior.
- Making recommendations for physical repairs and replacements.
- Ensuring observance of safety regulations.
- Providing oversight for State Inspections and Compliance Reviews.
- Performing additional tasks and duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a District/Regional Manager supervising multiple properties.
- 5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC.
- Ability to recruit and supervise successful management teams in a growing portfolio.
- Proven track record for successful lease-ups of new communities.
- Proven track record for maintaining high occupancy and collection rates, as well as working within budgetary restrictions.
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) or other industry designation preferred.
- Willingness to bring excitement and travel as needed.
- Must remain "on call" for all property emergencies.
