Order Fulfillment Director leads and directs the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Director develops scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Implements order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Director establishes inventory monitoring procedures to track and trigger actions that will maintain appropriate levels of products. Partners with stakeholders to identify conditions impacting the fulfillment workflow and to develop effective solutions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company as an Order Fulfillment / Sales Specialist. As part of our Business Development team, you manage inventory, receive and fulfill orders in an efficient manner, and process returns. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with order fulfillment software and strong data entry and customer service skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree highly preferred. Minimum of an Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from an accredited college or university highly preferred. At least one year of current, relevant work- related experience preferred. Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
