Online Merchandising Manager develops strategy and manage the execution of online/site merchandising to achieve online marketing and sales goals. Creates and optimizes the product assortments and categories for the online product catalog. Being an Online Merchandising Manager utilizes analytics to monitor traffic, customer behavior, sales trends, and feedback and to gain customer insights. Ensures that merchandise plans support key strategic initiatives, launches, top sellers, seasonal campaigns and trends. Additionally, Online Merchandising Manager collaborates on the development of open to buy inventory (OTB) and purchasing plans and budgets. Recommends site and usability enhancements. Requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, merchandising, business or other related field. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Online Merchandising Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Description
The Merchandising Manager is responsible for executing merchandising plans and weekly work schedules and coordinating staffing plans for the large format accounts and small format accounts where applicable. The Merchandising Manager is responsible for planning scheduled Time off and coverage with the coordination of all Assistant Account Managers, District Managers input and calendars. Daily oversite of staffing and training of new and continued improvement of current merchandising staff, includes hiring and managing all hourly merchandisers. The Merchandising Manager works side by side with Sales Management in coordinating a successful plan of execution and supply chain distribution of A&B products, works with vendor partners on brand execution and supply chain requirements. Assist in all facets of maximizing A&B’s presentation and sales to consumers at retail.
This position will service the Northeast OKC, OK area and will work a schedule of Monday Through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off, some weekends would be required if necessary to fill in for occasional open staffing on a temporary basis.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current valid Oklahoma or Arkansas Drivers Licenses depending on location. This license must comply with our insurance carrier’s guidelines for an acceptable, insured driver. ABLE Commission license if employed in Oklahoma.
