We are looking for a POST-ACUTE Director of Nursing to help expand our fast-growing Nursing Division into the post-acute arena to help existing and new Long Term Care clients. We need a strong, highly motivated and dependable leader to join our Nursing Division.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 yrs. experience as a Registered Nurse in Post Acute Care
• Nurse Management experience a plus
• Nursing Recruitment experience a plus
• Recruit and Manage Post-acute Nursing staff
• Attending Industry Conferences and Job Fairs
• Develop new Sourcing areas for Nursing staff and clients
• Managing relationships with clients

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting: Identify and attract qualified nursing professionals for PA care positions
• Business Development: Collaborate with healthcare facilities and build strong relationships to expand the agency's client base.
• Staffing: Ensure adequate staffing levels by coordinating assignments and schedules
• Scheduling: Manage nurse schedules to meet patient needs and maintain optimal staffing ratios.
• Credentialing: Oversee the credentialling process for PA nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Must be a self-starter: We are looking for someone who can think outside the box and operate without a lot of supervision while meeting established metrics and goals
• Established Connections a Plus: We need someone who will bring some staff with them to the position as well as facility contacts in the Post Acute world.

You will work closely with our Chief Nursing Officer and his Operations Manager in our Nursing Division.
