KAYA HEALTH IS a medical practice that focuses on changing women’s lives through lifestyle changes, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), and approaching a woman as a whole person. It is our goal to increase quality of life for women with hormonal issues, specifically, while improving overall health.
About the practice - We are a cash-based practice that allows us to care for the patient without the obstacles of insurance. By meeting the personal needs of the patients we have become the highest-rated family medicine office in the state of Virginia. While we are similar to a direct primary care model of medicine, we are unique in how our office runs and the number of providers at our clinic. The provider has the unique opportunity to know their patient on a much more personal level due to the extended time frame of each visit (30-60 minutes). More time allows our providers to treat in a much more precise and holistic manner. The motto of KAYA HEALTH is: “Saving Two Lives at Once”. In other words, we strive to care for both the provider and patient. Beyond this exceptional work environment, KAYA HEALTH has become a highly sought after employer in the area due to pay in the 75th percentile. As a result, the wellbeing and life satisfaction of the provider is just as valued as the wellbeing of the patient.
Come join 5-Star KAYA HEALTH and remember why you entered healthcare to begin with! Come experience relationship- with your fellow professionals AND your patients who will value you beyond your expectations.
"For the first time in a long time, I feel I am being heard, I feel I have an advocate for my health and well-being. Thank you all so much at Kaya Health. Blessings always!" - Ruth
