Summary:
We are looking for an LPN for our busy long term care practice on the weekends PRN. This position is completely remote.
This PRN on-call position involves being a point of contact for incoming phone calls for the triage call office after hours. The candidate needs to have strong communication skills and have an ability to multi-task.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Assist providers as needed.
· Effectively communicates with callers and providers.
· Coordinate pertinent triage information between the facilities and our providers.
· Provide documentation requests for facilities.
· Assist in filling medical records requests.
· Enter triage notes.
Essential Qualifications:
Detail and task orientated.
Strong time management skills are essential to complete the daily tasks, especially admissions, discharges, and other urgent matters.
Dependable.
Compassionate, empathetic, and willing to help others.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years Long Term Care experience
