Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Representative at Overseas Network. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with customers via live chat, phone and email.
