The Network’s Mission
The Network’s mission is to defeat human trafficking in the illicit massage industry by 2030. Our diverse team leverages skills honed in the intelligence community, data analytics, financial services, and victim service provision. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Northern Virginia and work with partners across the United States. We provide partners with data, intelligence, and tactics to disrupt trafficking in illicit massage businesses (IMBs). Our solution is to attack the business model because trafficking exists for only one reason: it makes money.
The Network is hiring a full-time, W2 Director of Strategic Partnerships to build upon our current relationships in the counter-human trafficking field and establish new partnerships with prosecutors’ offices and law enforcement agencies (our “customers”). Our “products” are disruption tactics, designed to defeat the illicit massage industry. The Director of Strategic Partnerships is our lead liaison between The Network and the partners we rely on. He/she owns the sales pipeline during the Sales and Acquisition Phase (lead generation through closure of deals). Upon successfully transitioning relationships to the Delivery and Implementation Team, Director of Strategic Partnerships continues to provide supervision and leadership. The ideal candidate is an energized self-starter who loves people, getting to “yes,” has 15 years of experience building relationships, and embraces audacious goals.
