We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager/Project Architect with a proven track record in leading commercial and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the entire lifecycle of architectural projects, from concept design to construction completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects within budget and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, with a primary focus on commercial and hospitality sectors.
· Oversee all aspects of project development, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
· Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure project objectives are met.
· Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
· Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff members as needed.
· Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects.
· Registered architect with a valid license preferred.
· Proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects from inception to completion.
· Strong technical proficiency in architectural software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
· Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation preferred.
