Job Duties

• Research, plan, design, coordinate, install, and maintain server and networking infrastructure (Windows, VMWare, Linux, etc) for organization-wide IT operations
• Oversee, manage, and maintain the company's information technology projects from development to completion
• This includes managing and improving all computer system operations, help desks, data centers, and communication networks (including voice and data)
• Maintain networks, security programs and systems, oversee and drive optimization of all Information Technology functions and policies
• Own provisioning, management, and support of technology tools
• Manage and mentor technology team employees
• Develop and maintain helpdesk ticket resolution policies and ensure service quality
• Administer server platforms for all business processes: Business system, Analytics, Email, Phone, File-sharing, etc
• Implement and manage a mechanism to help track company assets (laptops, computers, phones)
• Secure information systems, communications connections, and equipment
• Identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions
• Manage upkeep and maintenance of data center, server/pc upgrades & patches, and backups
• Develop, evaluate, and certify all backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Implement and operate data security and audit controls as required by HIPAA and other relevant regulations
• You must be able to coach up and down and lead and guide your team as well as the executives you'll be reporting to
• Performs other functions or duties as directed by management.

• Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management.

Required Experience

• 10 Years in Information Technology
• 5 years designing, developing, and implementing networks and systems
• 5 years of experience managing an IT department.
• Expert experience required with Windows Server, VMWare eSXi, and Active Directory
• Expert experience required with Network Administration (Switching, Routing, WiFi, etc)
• Experience required with Linux Administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, Oracle Linux, Debian)
