Overview:

Pay: Pay is based on experience
BASE HOURLY RATE PLUS COMMISSION

Requirements: Motorcycle endorsement. Must be able to accompany test rides and have the ability and confidence to push a full size touring motorcycle around on the showroom floor.

Duties:
- Conduct sales activities to meet revenue objectives
- Engage in cold calling and lead generation
- Maintain and expand the customer database
- Utilize sales pipeline software to track interactions and progress
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale

Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or related fields
- Strong public speaking and phone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with negotiating techniques and sales strategies
- Knowledge of sales pipeline management software
