Job Description
The Customer Relations Supervisor will be responsible for leading the mission of protecting our customers, people, business, and time.
This role will manage and assign workloads and oversee customer onboarding, invoicing, and assist with account resolution to ensure timely payments.
The Customer Relations Supervisor is responsible for collaboration across all levels to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
This position will be on-site in our North Canton Corporate Office location.
