As a Operations Supervisor supporting the Document Collection department it is vital that you are flexible and a problem-solvers who enjoys helping employees assisting customers to resolve their questions and concerns.  The Allonges team receives requests for various aged, transfer related, and recently paid off loans. The research analyst on this team works with customers and third parties (Title Company, Attorneys, and other Lending Institutions) to obtain the necessary documents needed to deem the Chase ownership which allows us the ability to process an allonge.

This is a hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) role located in Monroe LA.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate emerging issues, as well as assist in designing controls to mitigate risk
• Research and resolve data issues on an as needed basis
• Identify gaps in the procedure or potential area in improving quality
• Perform high risk reviews when necessary to ensure all goals / targets are met
• Participate and/or lead special projects or key initiatives 
• Oversee daily workflow of specific workgroups and/or segments of the workflow process Strong PC skills including (MS Outlook, MS Office including Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel)

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Minimum 2 years supervisory/leadership experience
• Ability to lead, direct, and be visible to staff and direct reports
• Ability to coordinate and organize work while meeting and handling multiple deadline processes
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous activities simultaneously
• Functional experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Good decision-making skills as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Display core leadership abilities, strong planning/organization, motivation, problem solving/conflict resolution, analytical, team building, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Extensive knowledge of Chase Servicing / Production systems 
• Extensive knowledge of mortgage documents 
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, follow-through and results oriented
