    The Job: 

    In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications to meet the needs of our clients. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software development, a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices, and a passion for innovation.

    What You Will Do:

    • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and prioritize software requirements
    • Develop software solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices
    • Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery
    • Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovation      
    • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise
    • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

    Who You Are and What You Need:

    • Bachelor’s degree Required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
    • 10 years’ experience in software development
    • Extensive experience with at least one programming language (.NET, Java, etc.)
    • Experience with modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices        
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills        
    • Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers
