RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help the office run efficiently and smoothly by performing a wide variety of tasks. These would include tasks such as entering bills into accounting software, greeting visitors and ordering supplies, amongst others.

DUTIES:

• Answer telephone and greet visitors
• Print and file work instructions
• Perform accounts payable using Quickbooks (we will train)
• Purchase routine company supplies
• Perform functions as required by the company
• Other general office duties as assigned
