Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst compiles and analyzes data required for merger, acquisition, and divestiture projects. Performs integrated revenue/expense analysis. Additionally, Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst prepares required documentation. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings. Assists with project management activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Job Summary

    At Silencer Central, we believe that Customers Integrity = Winning. The applications analyst will strive to exceed customer expectations by providing leadership to the company’s technology platform. This role will be responsible for administration, maintenance, and support of cross functional software platforms. In addition, this position will serve in both a technical and analytical role while supporting business process improvement projects and application implementations. You will partake in change management planning to focus on minimizing adverse impacts and maximizing enterprise values. The applications analyst will be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. Familiarity with a variety of industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures is required.

    Essential Functions

    • Analyze, design, document, and implement new applications, in accordance with company needs and policies.
    • Gather and translate user requirements into the best possible technical solution.
    • Coordinate application enhancements for existing systems.
    • Work with cross functional teams to improve business processes, with emphasis on effective utilization of the systems, company BPR initiatives, including process-flow analysis and design.
    • Work with cross functional teams to build and maintain process-flow documentation.
    • Troubleshoot and document incidents, recommend solutions, initiate corrective actions through the lifetime of the the incident.
    • Setting up and customizing NetSuite modules such as financials, inventory management, CRM, and e-commerce to align with business processes.
    • Participate in projects as team member or leader, as required.
    • Provide technical advice on risk analysis and change control issues.
    • Provide elevated support to our customers and teams by working diligently to complete work in a timely manner.
    • Other duties as required to support department operations.

    Requirements

    • Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (3 - 5 years) preferred.
    • Experience managing SaaS/PaaS applications preferred.
    • Experience working with CRM/ERP software, NetSuite strongly preferred.
    • Experience working in a cloud infrastructure preferred.
    • Experience with code development desired.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Embraces change and adapts quickly.

    Compensation And Benefits

    Salary: $47,000.00 - $70,500.00 DOE. Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:
