Merchandise Planner - Bakery jobs in Alabama

Duties:
- Assist customers in finding and selecting apparel items
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock merchandise and ensure shelves are properly replenished
- Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and product replenishment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong knowledge of apparel and fashion trends preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service required
- Basic math skills for retail calculations
