Media Coordinator - Direct Response Advertising (Remote/Hybrid)

Opportunity Media is seeking a Media Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our dynamic sales team in maintaining and growing business. Position entails working closely with our account executives and many clients. Strong growth prospects and competitive benefits.

Media Coordinators are responsible for maintaining all aspects of account management and providing timely and accurate information to the sales team and to their roster of clients

Duties include:

· Support account executives with day to day sales activities.

· Service and maintain agency and client needs and requests.

• Prepare, revise and maintain Direct Response sales schedules that maximize the use of inventory while fulfilling agency/client requirements. This includes creation of client specific excel spreadsheets and work in various software programs.
• Serve as the first line of contact with internal and external entities to ensure proper maintenance of advertiser schedules
• Support and enhance agency relationships by monitoring requests and ensuring commercials spots are booked according to guidelines
• Proactive, great at building relationships, have a strong attention to detail and great follow through. You work quickly and efficiently in a team environment

Qualifications required:

· Bachelors degree

· Excellent written and organizational skills

· Proficiency in excel and Microsoft Office

· Must be flexible to meet needs of a growing business

· Wide Orbit experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,192.00 - $50,000.00 per year
