Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts of our clients. Working closely with our account managers, coordinators, and creative team, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of marketing and advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to execute marketing strategies and campaigns
• Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Support the creation of compelling marketing content, including copywriting, for various platforms
• Contribute to social media management and content scheduling
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance tracking
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics
• Help coordinate events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to other marketing-related tasks and projects as needed

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
• Familiarity with content creation and copywriting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience with graphic design is a plus

Requirements:

• Enrolled college student or recent college graduate (within the past 6 months)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
