Position Overview
Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful marketing strategies? We're searching for a talented Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll dive deep into marketing campaign data across various channels, uncovering valuable insights to shape our strategies and optimize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Data Insights:
Develop and implement research methodologies to track marketing campaign effectiveness.
Collect data from diverse sources and conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Present findings in clear, concise reports and visualizations that guide strategic decision-making.
Strategic Planning
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop media plans and identify optimal channels for audience engagement.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance marketing campaigns.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing analytics or similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and Tableau.
Strong understanding of media metrics and marketing concepts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data effectively.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with A/B testing and statistical modeling techniques.
Familiarity with social media analytics and content marketing measurement.
Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages.
Background or interest in the post-secondary education market.
