- Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Development of how to optimize assembly and manufacturing processes through lean tools; problem solving, automated poka-yoke error proofing, standard work and work instructions
- Designing, optimizing and managing the systems used in manufacturing
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools (such as dashboard reporting)
- Compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
- Ability to train and instruct skilled personnel on the setup and operation of operator interface systems (HMIs) and fault recoveries of those systems
- Participate in defect pareto analysis and lost time analysis problem solving
- Project planning and execution of AMR integrated solutions for site manufacturing
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities
