Responsibilities:

- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
- Verify supporting documents such as income statements, tax returns, and credit reports
- Ensure compliance with FNMA, TILA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and escrow agents to facilitate the loan process
- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in loan processing for mortgage brokers
- Knowledge of escrow procedures and loan documentation
- Familiarity with FNMA guidelines and TILA regulations
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with loan officers and underwriters
- Proficiency in 10 key typing for accurate data entry
