R L Carriers is currently seeking a Collections Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in Wilmington, Ohio. The Collections Specialist position will be responsible for collecting the maximum amount of overdue funds from customers, which may include a variety of collection techniques, legal claims, and the selective use of outside collection services.

Responsibilities will include :

• Coordinate necessary billing changes with Corrections.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts for resolution assistance as needed.
• Taking driver and customer calls
• Answering phones
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience :

• Must be computer literate and able to type 60 wpm
• Must be professional, self-motivated, energetic, and have excellent attendance.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be result-oriented and solution-driven.
