Duties
Input new loans into our core system Input Modifications
Fund loans into the DDA account Verify documents for signatures
Disburse for Las Animas and pay all bills
Record Las Animas collateral Maintain holds on accounts
Exception tracking Release collateral
Create permanent hard files for loans File Loan Docs
Flood Insurance duties Scan loan docs into Accu
Maintain UCC liens Prepare Board Reports
Track all outgoing lien documentation (title, final title policies, stock certificates etc.)
Backup for Insurance, Loan Clerk and Laser Pro
Other duties as assigned
