Light Assembler jobs in Minnesota
Light Assembler assembles fabricated parts of small or light subassemblies and completes units. Fits, tests, and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Being a Light Assembler identifies and sorts units that fail quality standards. May disassemble units to repair or refit parts as necessary. Additionally, Light Assembler operates hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Light Assembler works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. We're looking for a light assembler/light machine operator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assembling and packaging small parts accuratly and efficiently as well as loading and unloading parts from the machines. Hours are Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed instructions and protocols to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Work in a team environment to produce products
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 42.5 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
