Actively support Asset Managers by running reports and drafting communications in the Company standard format. Review and abstract lease information and clauses for use by the Real Estate Department and Corporate Accounting. Key Qualifications for consideration: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting including accounts payable and general ledger. Ability to read and understand contract language. Ability to proofread typed material for contextual, grammatical, typographical, mathematical, or spelling errors. Ability to remain professional and courteous during stressful circumstances. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel. A team player, able to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization.
