Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
· Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
· Build and maintain strong relationships with upcoming and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support, while also utilizing sales techniques to promote additional products or services that may address their needs
· Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline
· Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives
· Gather and relay customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns to the appropriate departments to continuously improve our products and services

Qualifications/Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 years of experience as a customer service representative
· Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales
· Telemarketing & cold call experience preferred
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
