The Regional Sales Manager - Florida will be responsible for developing an effective sales and marketing strategy for sales growth opportunities within existing clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, construction managers, division personnel, and municipalities. The Regional Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are being met. This person will serve as the liaison between the office, the field, and our clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement an effective sales strategy with CRO to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing clients. Partner with CRO on contract terms.
· Client Relationships: Maintain a positive working relationship with all critical contacts for our existing clients.
· Problem Resolution: Identify and address field-related problems promptly and collaborate with internal teams to put rules in place for internal CAD system.
· Team Collaboration: Maintain communication with internal teams, including accounting, client experience, production, and sales where necessary to facilitate a smooth execution of fieldwork. Provide feedback to improve services based on clients' needs.
· Quality Assurance: Work with local municipalities to determine requirements for new communities, along with client requirements.
· Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry trends and product offerings by the company.
· Timeline Management: Monitor field and office work to meet client timelines.
· Communication Skills: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
