Laboratory Courier picks up and delivers medical specimens and packages for a laboratory. Ensures timely, safe, and accurate delivery. Being a Laboratory Courier is responsible for maintenance and care of vehicle. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Laboratory Courier must be licensed to operate a vehicle. Licensing requirements depend on the state. Must have a "satisfactory" driving record. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Laboratory Courier may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. The Position:
This is a 1099 contractor position requiring that you use your own vehicle. All gas and maintenance of the vehicle used is the responsibility of the owner.
The position will be transporting medical specimens and supplies to and from medical facilities in the Oklahoma City, region. The schedule will be mostly daytime hours Monday through Friday, between 10:00am-7:00pm. A driver should expect to earn on average $160 per day.

Reliable Vehicle (Sedan or SUV)
Backup Driver
Liability Insurance Coverage $100,000/$300,000/$100,000
Clean Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
Clean Professional Appearance Required
