Keno Shift Supervisor supervise the operation of the Keno area for designated shift. Organize and oversee Keno game activities. Being a Keno Shift Supervisor direct team members and ensure policies and procedures are properly followed. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Keno Shift Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Keno Shift Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. The successful Keno Writer candidate must be able to receive, verify and record wagers. The successful Keno Writer candidate must also have good, demonstrated math skills. We will provide paid on-the-job-training.
