Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs and translate them into technical requirements, user stories, and process reviews.
Lead testing efforts, including test script writing and execution, with a specialized focus on Salesforce CRM and seamless integration practices.
Drive System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in release activities to ensure successful deployment of high-quality solutions.
Develop comprehensive documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer within the team. Requirements:
Meet with business resources to understand existing and new models and determine needs for new or enhanced models.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for the development team to implement.
Possess troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging skills to ensure seamless operation of data systems.
Actively contribute to supporting and reinforcing the knowledge base across CDP domains.
Have 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Data Cloud/Customer Data Lake, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team environment.
Proven capability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
Experience with enterprise-level applications and their integration into a data-centric ecosystem.
Proficient in querying Snowflake using SQL, demonstrating expertise in optimizing data retrieval and analysis.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex data challenges.
