• Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Filter and "clean" data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate code problems.
• Use various tools such as Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Database, EO/IR systems, HP Quality Center, AB Testing, Defect Management, Integration, Java, and QA Management in the execution of duties. - 1 Month Ago
