I am a commercial real estate investor seeking a Commercial Property Manager and Leasing Assistant. This position is responsible for bookkeeping, tenant and vendor communication, project management and marketing. Applicant must have a minimum 2-3 years experience in managing commercial investment properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible schedule that can work around school schedules and other responsibilities. Must work daytime hours Monday through Friday. Position will initially average approx. 30 hours per week but could have the option to become full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping and report generation using Yardi Breeze.
• Arrange repairs and maintenance for commercial investment properties
• Pay bills and generate invoices
• Create marketing fliers using established templates
• Complete research and author content for marketing efforts
• Manage and actively research company database
• Create checklists and implement processes
• Data entry

• Previous experience or formal training in bookkeeping for small business required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
